What’s it like to be an IMH Pharmacist? Students discern facts from myth. On 8th July, a group of pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students visited the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) for a site visit. Organised by PPAC, the aim of this visit was to learn more about the work and experiences of pharmacists in IMH.

Students gain early behind the scenes access to one of the busiest hospitals in Singapore. They say there’s a first for everything, and for many of the participants, this was one of their first chances to get THIS close to pharmacy practice; ward rounds, patient care plans and the like.

YPConnect is an amazing program by the NUS and the PSS Young Pharmacist Chapter that pairs us pharmacy students with experienced pharmacists.
