Shoremates is back in the big ‘25! Carrying on from the Senior-Junior Pairing segment of Orientation Week, Shoremates was an exciting opportunity for everyone to be better acquainted and to keep up the orientation high! With attractive prizes on the line, Scheelens from all years of study came together to bond and compete in a race to earn the most points!

Every week, exhilarating new challenges were unveiled to eager Scheelens who were raring to claim victory! From making hilarious TikToks and twinning in matching outfits to pumping iron in group gym sessions, Scheelens were kept on their toes as they scrambled to finish as many tasks as possible to earn points. Once completed, participants shared their photos or videos with fun hashtags, showing off their team spirit and Scheele pride — all the while creating memories to be cherished for years to come!

Over the three riveting weeks, camaraderie blossomed and friendly rivalries brewed as groups vied for the top spots on the Shoremates leaderboard. At the end of the event, the final scores were tallied and the victors were celebrated across all of Scheele’s social media channels! But beyond the prizes and glory, Scheelens walked away with far more valuable treasures — unbreakable friendships and fond memories that will last a lifetime.
