Who are we?

Procter Rawr!

As one of the five houses of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science, Procter aims to add value and vibrancy to students’ life in NUS. Through participation in various House events, we hope that Procterians are able to not only interact with one another within the same course, but also wish Procterians to be able to have the opportunity to reach out to the community beyond NUS, putting what they have learnt in class into practice.

Aside from House Events, Procter also plays a part in enhancing students’ well-being, through the distribution of exam welfare packs, accompanied with small house merchandise (this year we had stickers of lionesses made kindly by our Welfare Committee!)

Our Events

  • Procter Connect x Chill

    Procter Connect x Chill (PCxC) was held in August 2023, with the aim of providing space for interaction between juniors and seniors of Procter, as well as a retreat from studies. During the event, Procterians engaged in multiple board and card games ranging from classic Monopoly deal to newer Singaporean Dreams! Though the time was short, the room was filled with laughter and chatters from fellow Procterians!

  • sPAWrts Day

    In October 2023, we hosted a Procter sPAWrts Day (a fun word play of PAW and Sports), where both Procterians and Non-Procterians were able to sign up, and engage in sports either in competitive or casual format, according to their preference. It was a great opportunity for students to take a break and unwind amidst their busy schedule! Even those who do not usually enjoy sports managed to have fun, which is what sPAWrts Day is all about! :)

  • Bethesda Volunteering

    During the 2nd Week of Winter Break, we held a Bethesda Volunteering, our first volunteering collaboration with Bethesda CARE Centre. It was a good opportunity for Procterians to give back to the society, through engaging beneficiaries of Bethesda CARE Centre. As Christmas was around the corner, activities were catered to allow us to spread Christmas festivity. Some activities include Sing-along, Pass the Parcel and Arts and Crafts! Overall, it was a fulfilling experience for all! :>
