Scheele House Committee

Sea-ramisu was a hands-on culinary baking event where participants paired up to create their own non-alcoholic tiramisu.
Pre-event preparation involved booking of the venue via the pharmacy department office and purchase of ingredients based on the number of pax that was attending. Publicity materials was released one week before the event to garner sign-ups.
During the event, participants were given the appropriate amount of ingredients and a printed recipe to follow along. They were given the freedom to split their tasks to create their tiramisu. It took the longest to whip the cream but participants had the opportunity to bond over that. House committee members facilitated the event by ensuring cleanliness and participants' safety and hygiene throughout the event.
