The Medical IMPACT Leadership Mentoring Programme aims to inspire future healthcare professionals👩🏻‍⚕️to discover purpose and serve the community ❤️. If you are interested in diving deeper into the topics of leadership, integrity and other-centeredness, this programme is for you! 👍🏻

This programme features 4 modules, each addressing key topics that can further unlock our participant's potential. Each module is conducted in an interactive manner and includes in-depth small group discussions 🤝🏼with a group of committed and distinguished mentors🧑🏻‍💼👨🏻‍💼. Through the modules, you can gain insights about how we can do better for our patients and bring positive impact to the workplace, improving the healthcare landscape in the process 🤩

19th Sept: Trust & Integrity, Foundation of Relationships
