InSPIRxE is an avenue for students to engage in an interactive mentorship experience to learn, grow and reflect along the 9 month journey under the industry professional’s guidance. The program aims for students to gain insights about industrial and clinical opportunities, and make connections beyond the institution, all while acquiring critical skills to become confident and competent candidates for the industry.

Students would spend half a day taking a tour and learning about specific aspects of the company’s day-to-day functions. These trips provide students with a first person perspective of the various working environments afforded by the pharmaceutical industry. Being a guided tour, students would also be made known of the various job scopes as well as their individual roles/expectations which are relevant to these industries. These thus provide students with a more comprehensive view of what to expect in the different industries, aiding them in their future career decisions.
