XPharm Camp ’25
A three-day immersive outreach programme introducing prospective students to the wondrous world of pharmacy and pharmaceutical science.
The NUS Xperience Pharmacy Camp (XPharm Camp) was an unforgettable 3-day outreach camp that brought enthusiastic Junior College and Polytechnic students together to explore the world of pharmacy and pharmaceutical science. Organised by the Awareness Committee, the camp offered participants a meaningful and exciting glimpse into what these courses and professions entail.

Throughout the camp, OGMs participated in a series of fun and engaging activities designed to simulate tutorials and practical sessions, offering hands-on exposure to both disciplines. These sessions brought concepts to life and highlighted how scientific knowledge is applied in healthcare and research settings. Beyond academics, the camp was also filled with laughter, teamwork, and meaningful games, as participants connected with peers from diverse backgrounds.

A key highlight of XPharm Camp was the insightful fireside chat featuring four guest speakers from the health sciences industry. Drawing from their personal journeys and professional experiences, the speakers shared candid insights into their career pathways, including the challenges and opportunities within the field. This interactive session allowed OGMs to pose questions, gain real-world perspectives and better understand the contributions of pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists to Singapore’s growing health sciences sector.
