Fleming Feast
The F in Fleming stands for ‘Feast’!
On 9 March, Fleming House organised a lively event with mouth-watering food that allowed fellow Flemingos to unwind and recharge, especially during the busy midterm period. For two hours straight, house members could relax, socialise, and indulge in a delicious spread – a much-needed respite from the mounting academic stress.
Seniors and juniors alike turned up in good numbers to enjoy the food and warm fellowship.
The atmosphere was laid-back and enjoyable, with plenty of food to go around. Participants savoured favourites from Wingstop and McDonald’s, with the crowd-pleasing, ever-so-flavourful Garlic Parmesan wings being the biggest hit among all attendees.

Beyond the feast, a series of light-hearted games helped to break the ice and spark meaningful interactions, facilitating more personal connections.
Yum and yap – the ultimate duo.
The event struck a great balance between relaxation and engagement, as members chatted, laughed, and bonded over shared experiences. It fostered a sense of community and gave both new and familiar faces the chance to know one another better.
Overall, Fleming Feast was a refreshing and enjoyable escape from the pressures of midterms, leaving everyone feeling more relaxed, connected, and energised. Our Flemingos are no doubt already looking forward to the next Fleming Feast!
