International Relations Committee
The National University of Singapore Pharmaceutical Society's (NUSPS) International Relations Committee proudly presents the inaugural edition of Bridging Our Borders (BOB). This international mentorship program, aimed at fostering cultural exchange and collaboration, has been a significant milestone for the International Relations Committee and a testament to our commitment to enriching the lives of pharmacy and pharmaceutical science undergraduates beyond academic boundaries. This was the brainchild of the International Relations Committee, both IRD and VIRD internal working hand in hand to create content and bring the different countries together.
BOB emerged as a visionary initiative that sought to connect NUSPS to the world and the world to NUSPS. It was launched with the goal of creating a meaningful platform for the exchange of knowledge and culture, allowing participants to develop a broader perspective of the international arena while encouraging personal and professional growth. This innovative mentorship program paired mentees from one country with mentors sourced by another, fostering meaningful connections across borders. To ensure a successful and structured experience, BOB followed a group mentorship model with 6-8 mentees matched with two mentors from different countries.
