"To mark the end of the penpalship programme, a face-to-face interactive session was held at LCSS Hougang, where all Flag volunteers went down to meet their penpal children for the very first and last time. The volunteers and children penpals engaged in a game of Bowling, Splat! and played kampung games together, which was planned and set up by Flag members at the sheltered pavilion nearby LCSS. The session was concluded by gifting the children with a welfare goodie bag prepared by the Flag members."
