RxAG

Familiarisation Day is a 1-day activity with the objective to improve and equip the organising committee with skills required to better carry out their roles in RxAG this year. The morning activities involved help RxAG members build rapport and improve teamwork outside of their own division. The afternoon activities are aimed at preparing our EXCO and subcommittee members for their respective roles in preparatory and execution stages of RxAG'23. We took this opportunity to equip our members with technical skills that they may require during their RxAG journey. This is also the first time that the EXCO worked together with their subcommittee members and we also aim to build teamwork and improve team dynamics amongst them. It officially kickstarts the embarkment on RxAG operations for the Costumes, Dance and Engineering committees. There was a relatively high turn-up rate despite organising the event on a public holiday, as members are willing to accommodate to the availability of the majority.
