We PROTECC, we ATTACC, and most importantly, we got NUSPS’ BACC! As the Welfare Committee, we strive to ensure that the physical, emotional and mental well-being of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science are well taken care of! Need an energy boost as you burn through the midnight oil studying? We have special welfare packs for you! Eager to support your stressed friends with a cup of coffee but don’t know how? We’re here to help!

Some of our initiatives include:

  • Annual welfare packs to spur NUSPS students on for finals!
  • Micro-giveaways to check in on our NUSPS students regularly!
  • Graduation Gifts for graduates to keep as mementos!

Our Committee is separated into 3 Subcommittees:

  • Events: Plan and execute our Welfare events and initiatives!
  • Logistics: Procure and check in on logistics needed!
  • Publicity: Design publicity materials to improve our reach!

And if you’re still reading this, remember to sit up straight and hydrate! 😀

We conduct several Welfare Pharmicrogiveaways every academic year to obtain feedback from NUS Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical students regarding their well-being in NUS, in exchange for rewards such as $10 GrabFood Vouchers and other sponsored items.
The annual Welfare Pack distribution should be conducted annually before Finals to motivate all NUS Pharmacy students, especially during a stressful period of their University year.

The pack will include items such as:
NUS Pharmacy-themed merchandise
House-themed Merchandise
Food, snacks and beverages
Other convenience goods such as stationery, face masks, etc.
A distribution of gifts to graduating NUS Pharmacy seniors to show our appreciation for all their hard work and active participation throughout their enrollment!
