Galen Treasure Hunt
Galen and Fleming goes Island hopping! We met early in the morning at Marina South Pier, ready to board the ferry to the Southern Islands, St John and Lazarus Island! Upon reaching the islands, we started a short trek around both islands, admiring the scenery and immersing ourselves in the sights and sounds of nature. After trekking, we played frisbee, volleyball and more at the beach! By 2pm, we were all exhausted and headed back to the ferry terminal, but feeling refreshed with the fun we had!
Winning was a treat as sweet as a lamb's dream – $10 Starbucks gift cards on odd weeks and koi gift cards on even weeks. Jeremy, Galen’s fearless house head, revelled in the thrill of members decoding hints within hours. His takeaway? Strengthening the Galen House identity while having a blast!
Jeremy shared, "It was an opportunity to build on the House identity while everyone is busy with their semester using social media. Hopefully, the participants have built on their identity as a member of Galen House and use this chance to earn a little welfare too!"
