All their hard work - fundraisers, car washes? and a lot of planning…planning…AND PLANNING! Over the last academic year has finally culminated into this grand finale of an expedition, to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, aimed at contributing to the community. Enjoy this snippet below. That concludes the highlights of the expedition. Over 12 days, participants gained a better understanding of not only the culture and tradition of Cambodia, but also their healthcare practices. Participants have also honed their interpersonal skills needed for working well with fellow healthcare workers and students. But most importantly, they all had fun and ventured past their comfort zones to gain an incredible once in a lifetime experience.
